Built where date palms actually grow
The carbon market was designed for forests in the global north. Date palms, which feed millions and store huge amounts of carbon, were left out. The few platforms that did include them used generic numbers, slow paperwork and took the lion's share of the income.
We started Global Carbon Ledger (GCL) to change that. By combining daily satellite imagery, on-farm AI, and fully automated reporting, we measure each tree fairly and cut the paperwork cost by 40%. That extra margin goes back to the farmer.
